We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. In this role, you will create innovative, high-quality designs aligned with The Paper Store’s brand standards, fostering creative excellence within the team. Under the guidance of the Art Director, this role will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing assets including but not limited to social media imagery, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and web assets. Experience with print design and overseeing photoshoots is a plus. The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Art Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador for The Paper Store.
- Deliver on-brand design assets that support the strategic goals of The Paper Store brand.
- Ensure that our creative assets remain cutting-edge and ahead of our competition.
- Create innovative and compelling sales and branding digital assets including website imagery, emails, landing pages, and digital and social posts and ads.
- Work with the Art Director to support the production of compelling marketing pieces that accurately portray the selling attributes of the merchandise, visually reflect the brand, and drive sales.
- Deliver beautiful, high-caliber marketing assets to support the overall goals of multiple stakeholders throughout the business.
- Provide support during photo shoots as necessary to ensure projects meet the required standards.
- Contribute to elevating the overall brand aesthetic by working closely with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designers to ensure brand consistency for The Paper Store and its sub brands.
- Work collaboratively with members of The Paper Store marketing team, design team, photo studio, and buying department.
- Participate in a positive, productive, and creative work environment.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
- BA with a key focus on Graphic Design
- Solid knowledge of photo retouching, page composition, typography with eye for detail
- Video editing and stop motion graphics experience a plus
- Retail/fashion editorial experience preferred—ecommerce experience a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, teamwork-based environment
- Strong communication skills – in writing, verbally and through presentations
- Strong technical skills, CS5 or above – strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Positive, collaborative, flexible, and energetic attitude a must
- Ability to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA
- Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance
