Primary Responsibility: Support the marketing objectives of the Company through creative design and production of marketing projects. Build and maintain brand integrity through design. Provide design expertise in print, digital, web, and social media marketing. Ongoing management and growth of House of Wu’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. Balance creative thinking with organized planning to develop innovative, effective marketing strategies and initiatives that help the Company to thrive in the formal wear industry.
Essential Duties:
· Concept and design print marketing materials.
· Support the Marketing Team with seasonal concept development for cross channel projects, including, but not limited to, print, web, and mobile devices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communication plans that leverage the social media space; own the strategy and the execution of the ideas.
· Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This should include blog posts, status updates, pins, photos, and videos.
· Create, manage, and grow business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
· Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
· Retouch of images from seasonal photo shoots to ensure deadlines are met.
· Create road shots (sales materials) for Sales Representatives, to include data and image merge.
· Create and design magazine ads for each collection as needed each season.
· Create and design posters, banners, and signage as needed.
· Assist in the creation and design of e-mail marketing content.
· Assist in the creation of artwork used in social media.
· Assist in the upload of new product content for the Company website.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in art/design/creative or equivalent training.
· 3+ years of working experience in graphic design.
· Proficiency in Adobe suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Previous work-related experience with social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as a team with minimal guidance or supervision in a time-critical environment.
· Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes and to make quick, accurate, appropriate decisions.
· Ability to work occasional weekends and after normal working hours (i.e., during and after photo shoots).
