Responsibilities:
- Work with Principal Architect to ensure architecture follows established patterns
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using C# and Blazor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Work with PO and PM to manage backlog
- Identify and create integration and UI tests
- Work with QA to determine need for more detailed test automation

Supervision Structure:
- Reports directly to Principal Architect
- Part of the DART team
Other Duties:
- Attend monthly meetings
- Complete quarterly reviews
- Assist where needed with Covenant operations
Qualifications:
- Based in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. Ability to work in-person at our office in Frisco, TX once per month
- Ability to work in-person at our office in downtown Houston various times annually
- Interest in learning about our programs and contributing to our growth
- 3+ Years Experience with C# and Blazor
- 3+ Years Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $120,000 to $150,000
- Annual bonus based on team production
