- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and sales teams, to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Oversee and improve project efficiency through Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process.
