Our client is sourcing for a Senior Project Coordinator, for a 12 months contract. The role will require working in office 2 days week in the downtown Toronto core.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project goals and deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and close projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Check project budgets regularly, ensuring financial goals are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Liaise with customers to gather project requirements, communicate project goals and expectations, and ensure timelines
- Support ongoing progress evaluations and reports, addressing issues and ensuring project goals are achieved.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- 5 plus years of project management experience - Finance, Implementations, HR etc
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required.
- Ability to assume responsibility and to interface
- Communicate effectively with others; strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel for work required.
