Team Overview
We are an operational and data focused team overseeing data governance, best practices, and standards as well as a multitude of related projects and initiatives on behalf of a large, global client. We are continuously seeking new ways to create efficiencies by improving processes, communications, and ways of working across the 60+ markets we support globally.
Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director, Project Management to work within a dynamic and diverse team servicing a strategic growth account for Annalect and Omnicom. This role supports a global account operating in a coordinated manner with many agencies across Omnicom and consists of multiple concurrent projects.
You will be an integral part of Annalect’s Client Solutions and Media Operations teams, accountable for the flawless planning and delivery of multiple projects that leverage your skills in resource management, project planning and delivery, proposals and contracts, project performance analytics and risk management.
This role will guide and drive OMG’s activities within the connected team of agency professionals as intiatives are planned and executed across the network. You will connect with teams in different domains across the globe and OMG network, including analytics, process creation and governance, campaign planning and activation, ad trafficking, and general reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure, plan, and manage integrated, multi-track projects for Annalect, in line with the broader network program
- Develop project plans and schedules and maintain adherence to dates within Annalect and with the network teams
- Manage project direction, communications, and deliverables
- Support in the development of estimates and scope of work with the global, regional and local market teams and provide guidance for accurate delivery
- Support the development of staffing plans with the team and with finance based on forecasted programs, available staff, and new hire budgets
- Review resource utilization reports and provide context against project budgets and phasing to identify likely over/under spend
- Develop and maintain project tracking, dashboards and information systems
- Develop, gate-keep, and manage compliance reporting and other client-related guidelines
- Build a collaborative working environment to ensure maximum team performance
- Manage peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
- Develop relationships with lead clients and multiple agency teams to ensure the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders and agency partner leads
- Identify and manage project risks and probability of occurrence, develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Manage project issues through resolution and intervene appropriately when required to ensure sustainable pace of work
- Lead the team’s effort in continuous improvement
- Eliminate impediments so that the team can focus on achieving goals
- Manage project management systems and tools
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Project planning, scheduling, and tracking for successful delivery along with documenting and reporting to senior stakeholders on status across projects
- Strong organizational and follow up skills are imperative
- Proven program management experience managing large, complex multi-disciplinary distributed teams
- Resource planning, forecasting, utilization tracking and scenario planning
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills – analyzing large sets of project resourcing and financial data to uncover trends and solve problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly make decisions with limited information while recognizing and addressing risks
- Nimble and flexible: thrives in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Deliberate, thoughtful and able to respond to change with grace and appropriate level of urgency
- Takes active ownership of issues as they arise and applies creative thinking to solve problems and offer solutions that balance speed and risk
- A well-honed intuition for prioritizing competing demands on time and energy; knows when to delegate, escalate and collaborate to help manage the team’s workload
- A great listener that brings empathy when dealing with others – naturally understands the constraints and needs of the team and collaborates accordingly
- Ability to facilitate discussion and suggest alternatives or different approaches when conflicts arise
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization and keeping the team focused on project goals
Education and Experience
- PMP or similar certification preferred but not mandatory
- Experience managing large multi-disciplinary client projects at media / marketing agencies
- 8+ years of project management experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with project resource and financial data analysis (related to project resources)
- Experience using project management and resource management software tools
- Undergraduate degree required

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$91,000—$130,000 USD
