Administrator
Initially a 6 Month contract, likely to extend

Our client is looking for an Administrator on an initial 6 Month Contract to support Senior Managers with Administration tasks enabling operations to be carried out efficiently, safely and cost effectively.
Your duties:
- Co-ordinate training requirements with internal and external training providers
- Maintain accurate time keeping records for the engineering and commercial teams
- Manage and maintain workwear and PPE orders
- Diary management and room bookings
- Maintain stock of office supplies
- Process invoices
- Ensure all appropriate legislative and company procedures
- Raising work orders and requisitions
- Updating company records
- Updating component logs
Knowledge and skills
- High level of IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook as well as SharePoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology.
- Excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy for reporting and administrative writing.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Key organisational skills, possess the ability to plan, and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
