Project Description:
The project revolves around the development of a Salesforce application to manage Disability Support Services. It is aimed at citizens, vendors, and Social Development employees, with a focus on creating a bilingual (English/French), scalable and flexible platform to manage current and future needs. The project follows the Agile methodology and requires Business Analysts to:
- Validate and document user requirements and to-be processes.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Facilitate testing and develop training materials.
- The application is built on Salesforce and includes elements like case management and social services support .
Qualifications:
Business Analysts (BA) with:
- Experience in Salesforce development or implementation projects.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management in an Agile environment.
- Public Sector experience, especially in social services or case and care management.
- Technical skills to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Strong testing experience (writing and executing test cases, managing requirements traceability).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and DevOps.
- Professional certification such as from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) or similar.
- Bilingual capabilities (English/French) are an asset.
- IM/IT project background and familiarity with public sector processes .
