Job Title: Account Coordinator – Event Technology Solutions
Location: Must Be Texas-based, Virtual with in-person events 2-3 times a year
Compensation: $48k-$58k base salary + commission and bonuses

seeking a dedicated and customer-obsessed Account Coordinator to support our clients in utilizing our event technology solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless experience in managing their event-related efforts through our cutting-edge software. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering top-notch support, and managing client renewals. You’ll need a passion for helping clients optimize their season ticket management and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support for their season ticket management needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software for their event efforts.
- Assist clients in navigating and utilizing our platform efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met with precision and speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues related to our technology offerings in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and continuously enhance our solutions.
- Identify and propose additional solutions or services that align with client goals and drive growth.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance, managing reporting and ensuring transparency.
- Onboarding of clients in a smooth and timely manner when they first sign up.
