CV Resources is partnering with a growing multi-faceted family-owned company in Carlsbad, CA to identify an Office Manager for their business.
This Office Manager position is a direct hire, onsite opportunity that will start ASAP, and will pay up to $75k for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service, logistics, and general office duties
- Provide backup support to the accounting department with data entry and vendor relationships
- Assist with ad hoc responsibilities
- Pull reports
- Collaborate with 3rd party partners
Requirements:
- MS Office Suite
- Highly organized
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate proficiency: exposure to v-lookups & pivot tables)
- Customer service oriented
- Nice to have, but not required: Quicken/QuickBooks Pro experience
