Job Description/About the job/Your Role As a data analyst, you will be responsible for identifying software failures and data issues and providing metrics reports for management.
Identification of service delivery concerns, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
Client relationship management, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
Ensure ticket/cases are managed and completed in a timely manner.
Monitor SSH-related dashboards
Produce metrics reports used for team performance tracking and management updates
Identify automation opportunities to improve issue detection & resolution capability/efficiency
Collaborate with cross functional SSH team to devise interim containment actions measures and establish preventive corrective actions.
Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
Preference for any Data Science/Data Analyst certifications
2+ years of experience in Data analytics or similar roles
Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
