About the Company:
Responsible for leading business and functional requirements in support of large-scale technology projects. Facilitating discovery, current state assessment, and future state requirement discussions with business, operations, and technical stakeholders as needed. As part of an Agile team, a business analyst may take on the agile role of "product owner" on a Scrum team or participate as an active business analyst on an Agile Delivery project. This individual will have responsibility and accountability for the documentation and diagrams of business requirements and traceability to downstream technical capabilities being delivered in an agile framework. This professional will be leading business and functional requirements for large scale vendor system integration needs in support of an enterprise technology CRM modernization effort. In addition, this professional will be responsible for validation testing and signoff that business requirements have been satisfied from the technology delivery teams.
About the Role:
This position will be part of a large core team driving the delivery of an enterprise CRM capability for the company. This person will work across a matrix organization to understand the needs of the customers being served, assessing current state capabilities, future state expectations, and be able to perform a business/technical gap assessment that needs to be closed. This person will report to IT leadership and be part of our engineering organization. Since the company is an agile SAFe organization, this person will be expected to work in this framework and align activities and deliver per agile schedules. This individual will be responsible for the business requirements and traceability/signoff of the final technology solution for the focus area in question. This individual may work on requirements for system / vendor integrations, data migrations, advanced reporting needs, as well as product capabilities depending upon project needs.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6-10 years of driving requirements for large scale technology programs
- Proficient with agile software delivery tools
- Experience with technology programs that required both internal and external system integrations
- Familiarity with salesforce products a plus
- Experience leading projects related to Sales, Marketing, and Operational functions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
