Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor small project management teams within a broader technological program.
Oversee project elements including schedules, scope, budget formulation, and quality assurance of deliverables.
Identify and manage risks through consistent status reporting and updates to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Maintain clear communication with clients and team members by tracking project metrics and adjusting plans as necessary.
Prepare and obtain approval for detailed Statements of Work (SOW) from clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects or programs related to business transformation through the entire project management life cycle.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience with budget creation and management, as well as proficiency in project management software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to further objectives and inspire team members.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and convert broader goals into specific project milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects from initiation to completion with a proven track record in business transformation.
