Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Salesforce technical projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or employ agile, iterative methodologies, aligning with the strategic objectives of our clients.
- Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, serving as the functional and subject matter authority for the solutions you oversee.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to articulate product requirements, ensuring user stories effectively convey client needs to development teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to define and validate technical strategies and deliverables.
- Accurately estimate project efforts through various techniques and proactively manage potential challenges and risks.
- Cultivate strong relationships and establish credibility with clients through effective communication and consistent project status updates.
- Identify risks associated with project implementation and formulate strategies to address these concerns effectively.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of software delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
- Proven capability to function as a liaison between business and technical teams, delivering solutions that meet both strategic and operational demands.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a history of increasing responsibilities and process improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills complemented by a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
- Experience managing complex integration projects that involve multiple third-party systems.
- A solid background in delivering multi-cloud Salesforce projects is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in Agile Software delivery as a Project, Product, or Program Manager, ideally with Salesforce solutions.
- Deep understanding of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
- Salesforce Certified Admin or other relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferable.
- Previous consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Our commitment to fair compensation practices ensures that the base salary for this position ranges from \(122,000 to \)225,000 at the Principal level and from \(140,000 to \)258,000 at the Senior Principal level. Eligible candidates may also receive an annual discretionary bonus, based on various factors including skills and experience.
