We are seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Leader to spearhead our enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiative. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing organizational agility, optimizing service delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be critical in guiding cross-functional teams to adopt and mature Agile disciplines, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of innovation, efficiency, and adaptability.

Duration: 6 month contract w/ potential to extend
Rate: $75.00/HR W2 + benefits
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a proven track record in driving Agile transformations within large, complex organizations, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are highly preferred.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to tailor them to meet organizational needs.
- Leadership: Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner with domain expertise, particularly within the financial or asset management sectors.
- Coaching & Facilitation: Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide individuals, teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise-wide strategies, conduct assessments, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Baseline Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing processes, culture, and practices across various domains to identify opportunities for Agile transformation.
- Agile Transformation Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to elevate organizational agility, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
- Agile Product Taxonomy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of product hierarchies to enhance product ownership, drive alignment between business and IT, and improve product management.
- Operating Model Development: Propose optimized organizational constructs to support Agile practices, including a skills framework for technology leaders to ensure effective talent planning and staffing.
- Career Progression Pathways: Partner with HR to redesign career pathways that nurture the growth of technologists, product owners, and other talent within Agile teams.
- Change Management: Collaborate with change management leaders to develop strategies that embed Agile values and practices across the organization.
- Training & Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams, providing hands-on coaching to cultivate Agile skills and mindsets.
- Agile Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure adoption success, collaborating with program managers to provide regular updates to senior management.
- Community & Culture: Foster Agile communities of practice, promoting continuous learning, experimentation, and the Lean-Agile mindset across the organization.
