Alderson Loop is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Talent Management to streamline and optimize hiring processes, analyze compensation structures, and work closely with leadership to drive process improvements. This role requires on-site presence in Andover, MA, as needed, and a strong background in process analysis, improvement, and leadership collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Trackers & Tools Management:
- Clean up and maintain current hiring trackers and tools.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership Team (ITLT) to understand critical hiring plans (new hires and outsourcing).
- Establish standardized processes for managing hiring trackers, including communication protocols with Talent Acquisition and Finance.
- Provide requirements to an Excel Analyst for optimizing and managing outputs, including version control.
- Work with leadership to identify standard reports, pivots, and deadlines for updates leading into key meetings.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to document current interviewing and hiring requirements, identify pain points, and implement remediation plans.
- India Compensation & Grading Management:
- Understand current work completed by HR and Mercer.
- Develop and manage a project plan with bi-weekly governance reviews.
- Engage stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards, TA, and regional ITLT managers) to:
- Select competitor pools for benchmarking.
- Conduct gap analysis for current employees and hiring grids.
- Develop and implement remediation plans for compensation and grading.
- Project Management & Leadership Engagement:
- Act as a subject matter expert in partnership with strategic consultants to drive long-term IT talent and capacity management.
- Set standards for project deliverables and collaborate with leadership to ensure successful implementation of plans.
