A growing and stable manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for a Call Center Reps to assist with their customer service department. This role will be managing and maintaining key accounts within the West Coast. This is a hybrid role - with 2-3 days in office is a MUST. This positions is a temporary opportunity until the end of the year.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
- At least two years of order processing and call center experience
- Able to process orders from start to finish
- Managing heavy emails and calls from clients
- Manage credits and returns
- Able to commute with shipping and warehouse department on inventory
- MS Office Suite knowledge
- SAP preferred but ERP experience a MUST
- Being able to work with cross functional departments
- Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
- Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile
This is a temp to hire position - $26-27/hr
