Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate activities across one or more functional areas or project/business/technical units.
- Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources.
- Coordinate, track, and report on the progress of unit work assignments and projects.
- Audit and maintain required documents in employee files.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and authorized parties/agencies.
- Update and maintain human resource databases and electronic systems.
- Develop and maintain a variety of electronic and hard copy reports and records, involving independent interaction with management, customers, vendors, and agencies.
- Respond to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal and external sources.
- Prepare requested electronic and hard copy documentation.
- Participate in internal staff training and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and obligations while conducting business on behalf of the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of human resources generalist experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories, and concepts.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify issues and demonstrate basic analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer operations and applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including extended hours as required.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and applying critical thinking.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Maintain accuracy and SLA response requirements for employee lifecycle data in HCM.
- One year of experience utilizing SuccessFactors preferred.
- One year of experience utilizing ServiceNow HRSD preferred.
