Summary
As a Graphic Designer, your role is to provide graphic design services for the company and it’s agents.

❖ Creative. You must have strong creative skills to continually develop logos, marketing campaigns, writing projects, and other design elements.
❖ Personable. You must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with a variety of different people, each with varying levels of experience and skill sets.
❖ Organized. You must be able to organize, track, and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills + Experience
❖ Must have prior graphic design experience and a design portfolio to showcase creative projects.
❖ Must be skilled with Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
❖ Must be proficient with G-Suite products including Gmail, Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
❖ Must be proficient with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
❖ Must have strong writing skills for writing and editing marketing copy.
❖ Videography / Photography skills are not required but are preferred.
❖ Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
Responsibilities
❖ Develop and design logos and various materials for print and digital collateral.
❖ Consult with agents to develop social media branding and marketing campaigns.
❖ Oversee and implement social media channels for the company.
❖ Work with the IT team for design work related to murney.com.
❖ Uphold and follow company branding guidelines and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
