- Auditing and invoicing revenue files
- Accurate preparation of billing documents
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Collaborate with other departments within our agency
Required Skills And Experience
- Industry experience in logistics, international forwarding, or household goods moving of 3+ years
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of standard billing practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Accounting experience of 3+ years
