Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Homecare Coordinator at Nurseplus UK Ltd in Poole. The Homecare Coordinator will be responsible for care coordination, case management, communication with clients and healthcare teams, managing home care services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Care Coordination, Case Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in Home Care and Customer Service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
