Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving the clinical standardization project, enabling the effective formulation and implementation of clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a thorough evaluation of current business requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical professionals to gather essential insights for the enhancement and development of clinical standards.
- Design and facilitate sessions aimed at validating existing requirements and identifying new business and IT needs, including conducting gap analyses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions, encompassing workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to ensure the successful adoption of clinical standards.
- Execute an in-depth analysis of business and client requirements to support the development and deployment of the clinical standardization initiative; propose and implement solutions to meet specific objectives while monitoring their effectiveness.
- Work closely with project teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of the clinical standardization project, including crafting and executing effective communication plans for stakeholders.
