Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 / year DOE
IT Service Desk II Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience in an MSP environment
- Proficiency in managing M365, Azure, and Windows desktops
- Experience administering Exchange Online
- Familiarity with MSP tools and platforms such as Autotask, Connectwise, and ITGlue
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune administration
- Firewall administration experience, preferably with SonicWall
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience entering time and tracking service calls effectively
- A degree in a related field is preferred
- Must live in the DC Metro area for potential travel onsite to client locations
IT Service Desk II Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients IT systems and applications
- Proactively monitor and maintain clients IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate with the team to support existing environments and implement new or upgraded solutions
- Efficiently manage service desk tickets and use MSP software tools effectively
- Support and troubleshoot backup and disaster recovery systems
- Use RMM tools to manage desktops and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date time entry, billing, and expenses
- Provide on-call escalated support at intervals throughout the year
