Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traveling Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of multiple data center projects across the country, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that project schedules align with project goals
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential delays or issues and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are met
- Provide support to project teams as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling for electrical construction projects, with a focus on data centers
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Familiarity with transmission and distribution lines, NEC, and other mission-critical infrastructure
- Ability to travel frequently to job sites across the country
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
