Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Generative AI Developer with deep expertise in building and deploying AI models, specifically focusing on
Generative AI,
LLMs (e.g., GPT models), and the
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method. This role requires hands-on experience with
OpenAI APIs,
prompt engineering, and the full-stack development of AI-powered solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will lead initiatives in building scalable AI-driven applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize these solutions for real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Generative AI applications using OpenAI models, LLMs, and the RAG method to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for specific use cases to improve AI output quality.
- Build and integrate AI models into scalable applications, using serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, combining retrieval of relevant data with LLM responses for more accurate and context-aware outputs.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the broader product ecosystem.
- Design and implement APIs that leverage AI models for real-time data processing and user interaction.
- Enhance performance and fine-tune LLMs for high accuracy and relevancy in diverse applications.
- Manage AI model deployment, monitoring, and improvement processes to ensure long-term scalability.
- Work on natural language processing (NLP) solutions to improve customer experience through AI-driven features.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical considerations of AI models are adhered to.
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate with data scientists to integrate and optimize AI functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers in AI, LLM, and RAG projects.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Extensive experience with OpenAI, GPT models, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methodologies.
- Expertise in prompt engineering for AI-driven applications.
- Strong experience in full-stack development with technologies like NextJS, Node.js, and Python.
- Proven experience in building and deploying serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services.
- Hands-on experience with NLP technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of API design, real-time data processing, and AI model optimization.
- Experience implementing RAG for AI applications where large knowledge bases or documents need to be integrated with LLM responses.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, for scalable AI model deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for continuous deployment and integration.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and security considerations in AI-powered applications.

- Experience with CapacitorJS, Ionic, or other mobile development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Material UI, Atomic Design principles, and frontend frameworks.
- Experience in Bedrock, Anthropic, or other advanced AI platforms.
