The Client Success and Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring successful project execution within the law firm. This role combines client relationship management with operational project oversight to ensure that all tasks, deadlines, and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of legal processes and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring regular communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with clients to review case status, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm's processes.
Project Management:
- Oversee the lifecycle of legal cases/projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards of the firm.
- Develop, manage, and update project plans, timelines, and milestones for each case.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all tasks are aligned and progressing as scheduled.
- Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the original plan.
- Anticipate potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Manage project resources, including allocation of staff time and legal tools/software.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify areas of inefficiency within client workflows and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
- Assist in implementing new technology or software that can help streamline the case management process.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of case files, contracts, and project reports.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure clear communication and collaboration on client matters.
- Coordinate team meetings, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure accountability.
- Provide leadership and direction to junior team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or client relations, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience with legal software, project management tools, and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and case management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Paid time off:
