Job Title: Disability Administrator I
Location Address: 100% remote open to Ontario, Montreal, and Halifax locations in Canada.
Contract Duration: 30/10/2024 to 31/10/2025
Schedule Hours: Work Schedule hours are flexible, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. eastern standard time.

Job Summary
Please provide in the summary portion of the resume your candidates dates, times and availability to interview. In this role, you will be responsible for high volume data entry on Non Complex STD claims.
The key accountabilities of this role are:- The ability to build and maintain strong service relationships with plan members, plan sponsors, health care providers and internal partners
- The ability to identify and efficiently gather outstanding claims assessment information
- A strong commitment to quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Candidate must have great attention to detail and must be accustomed to repetitive, tedious work environment.
- Strong written (emails, formal letters) and telephone communication skills as you develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Your responsibilities will include:- Reviewing incoming STD claim applications against an established set of criteria
- Identifying and following up for outstanding information
- Applying contractual provisions to set up all STD claims using web-based software
- Maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with internal partners to achieve and maintain client service deliverables
- Prioritizing and re-prioritizing constantly conflicting demands with very tight turnaround times Assets:
- Demonstrated strength in attention to detail, particularly with numbers, spelling and grammar
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Impeccable time management and organizational skills
2) Computer savvy - Intermediate PC skills with MS Word, MS Excel.
3) Customer service or data entry experience
4) Ability to build and maintain strong service relationships
5) Candidate must have great attention to detail and must be accustomed to repetitive, tedious work environment.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Candidate must be fluent in French and English, written and verbal
