Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Financial Services to join our dynamic team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, with a requirement to work during Eastern Time Zone hours. Occasional light travel, typically less than 20% annually, may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design innovative technology solutions that align with client aspirations.
- Provide strategic counsel to assist clients in understanding and achieving their broader objectives.
- Lead and mentor development teams, fostering quality and adherence to best practices.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery in accordance with the technology roadmap.
- Stay informed about cutting-edge tools, languages, and methodologies in enterprise software development and marketing technology.
- Effectively communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver documentation and consulting services to facilitate client comprehension and technology adoption.
Required Skills
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce, with cross-cloud experience in Financial Services.
- Strong front-end development capabilities and experience with Salesforce Development Cloud (SFDC).
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across various systems.
- Outstanding client-facing skills with the capability to manage project scope effectively.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and enterprise application integration.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience in developing processes and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing technology solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience managing client projects with increasing responsibility.
- Experience working with a professional consulting organization is preferred.
