Job Overview
The Project Coordinator supports project activities for our client project teams, responsible for a wide variety of administrative support duties that require a high degree of professionalism, a proactive mindset, efficient organization, and strong professional communication skills -- written, verbal, and presentation. We are looking for someone with a passion for people, processes, and sustainable workplace culture. You are ready to dive into anything and will thrive in a growing, dynamic environment. Note that this position requires occasional travel to client locations and company events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Provide client-facing administrative support for Intrepid consulting teams by updating project calendars and timelines, maintaining project documentation, following up on important next steps, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining multiple calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of documents including meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and email correspondence. Learn and use our project management software (Wrike) to track timelines, capacity, and action items across projects.
- Engage in professional development activities and progressively take on additional responsibilities to build a project management skill set.
Client Project Team Support
- Perform support tasks with guidance from Intrepid consultants, such as note-taking, tracking action items, formatting and copy-editing deliverables, organizing project processes, coordinating communications, and assisting with online research – with the opportunity to build this skill set.
- This role will support multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating activities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Professional Growth
- Engage in activities such as reading industry material, participating in online webinars, and learning and applying basic principles of project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or 3-4 years equivalent practical experience
- Experience or interest in our sector: healthcare, public health, community engagement, and/or health information technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to connect the dots
- Organized and proactive
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple high-priority tasks at once
- Experience with business productivity and communications software/applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Qualtrics, Slack, Box)
- A highly collaborative individual that team members trust and love to work with
- Confident and curious self-starter who accomplishes a lot when given autonomy
- Desire to support and participate in creative, high-performing teams focused on health care improvement
- Interest in giving and receiving honest feedback in a culture of continuous growth

- The hourly rate of pay for this non-exempt position is a minimum of $28.85/hour (annual equivalent: $60,000) up to a maximum of $36.06/hour (annual equivalent: $75,000).
