Job Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Partner who will be instrumental in enhancing our partnerships through the development and execution of effective enablement strategies. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our vibrant Denver/Oakland office, allowing you to contribute to our mission of simplifying data access across various organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding, product training, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and present engaging sales enablement materials for partners, such as presentations, product demonstrations, and training resources.
- Maintain a robust partner enablement repository, leveraging our Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate self-paced learning.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for partners, utilizing a variety of formats including in-person, virtual, and on-demand content.
- Foster strong relationships with our Field Partner Organization (FPO) team and partner entities, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to formulate integrated enablement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights for continuous enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform our enablement strategies.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding partner needs to the Enablement team and vice versa.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a closely related field within an Enterprise-focused B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful partner sales enablement programs that drive performance improvements.
- Deep understanding of the partner sales lifecycle, including acquisition, renewals, and customer success.
- Capability to tailor and deliver content across diverse partner business models, including resell and influence.
- Strong analytical skills to utilize data insights for informing enablement strategies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter mentality, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Cultural agility with a global perspective, able to adapt to various working styles.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
