Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced graphic designer with a strong interest in creating graphics for apparel. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in typography, color theory, printing techniques, and apparel design. Under the direction of the Creative Director, you will work on developing and executing on-brand assets, maintaining consistency in our visual identity across print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design original artwork for COMMISSION, including branded trims, labels, packaging (hangtags, accessory cards, wrap bands, etc.), and other visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, Production Manager, and E-commerce Director to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and brand alignment.
- Manage the creation of marketing assets from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of design files in the final stages of development.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist in additional design projects as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and production.
- Strong skills in print design and an understanding of production processes.
- Experience creating and converting artwork into various formats.
- A keen interest in apparel, packaging, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus but not required.
