Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Customer Coordinator/Dispatcher (FRENCH) to join our client's team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our service quality, coordinating with operators and the Operations department, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Monday to Friday 1PM-10PM

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing safe, timely, and cost-effective client refueling needs.
- Coordinate with operators and the Operations department to schedule and organize call-in deliveries and dispatches.
- Utilize dispatch/routing/CRM software to track client conversations, site locations, equipment, and refueling requirements.
- Provide updates and communicate changes to the Operations and Sales teams regarding client schedules.
- Process COD delivery requests and authorize credit card transactions as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients during their refueling requirements, addressing both positive and negative feedback.
- Keep the Operations team and Territory Managers informed about significant issues and report any service-related problems promptly.
- Assist and direct operators regarding routes, equipment usage, troubleshooting, and client needs.
- Resolve emerging issues by collaborating with Operations, Sales, and/or Administration.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, and team members.
- Address billing concerns, including client charges, supplier/pickup entries, and outstanding payments.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support to Operations staff via cell phone as needed.
- Develop and maintain a self-improvement program.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatch coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle issues effectively.
- Proficiency with dispatch/routing/CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
