At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire multiple part-time seasonal Customer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.

This position provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make some extra money for the holidays!
This is a seasonal position that will end on or before
2/1/2025 and is located on-site in our
Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Scheduling: Hours are available Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm. A minimum of 8 hours of availability per week is required. You would set your own availability for scheduling within these parameters.
Compensation: $16 / hour
Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday beginning

Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
- Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
- Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
Qualifications
- Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be polite and professional while speaking to customers
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
