What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst, Operations within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. Corpay Payables provides a smarter way for companies to manage, track, and pay expenses. We offer solutions to eliminate manual processes, deliver digital payments, and minimize risks. In this role, you will be responsible for improving customer-facing processes as well as optimizing internal operations that support our customers. You will work on process re-engineering, systematic data analysis, and the development of reporting standards.

Role Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive workforce management strategies, including staffing models.
- Collaborating with department heads to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Investigating and addressing customer complaints and improving the customer experience.
- Working cross-functionally to resolve escalated inefficiencies.
- Providing process mapping and expertise on customer-facing processes.
- Designing and monitoring operational analytics and reporting standards.
- Leading and contributing to quality management framework creation, focusing on process control and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, process, and quality management, or data quality management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and deliver on key projects.
- Prior experience in financial services preferred.
