Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to assess and refine project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and enforce processes to bolster project quality and effectively address challenges.
- Adapt timelines and project priorities in response to operational needs.
- Liaise with engineering teams regarding alterations to project plans.
- Verify that all site work complies with contract specifications and project documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive schedule of construction activities, including daily reports and incident documentation.
- Uphold safety standards in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Possess a valid Construction Supervisor's License.
