Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, implement, and document software programs.
- Adapt company products and internal/customer systems to fulfill client requirements.
- Evaluate system requirements, gather pertinent information, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Design and refine programs, create specifications, and address production support issues.
- Formulate and execute testing plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation is maintained.
- Carry out quality assurance tasks and keep abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Over 3 years of experience in C programming.
- Proficient in UNIX or Linux systems, alongside shell programming.
- Skilled in SQL and/or PL/SQL with expertise in complex SQL queries and performance tuning (Oracle preferred).
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly Medicaid, is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Proven capability in resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and with clients.
