Position Overview
Role: Principal Business Analyst - Financial
Location: Fully Remote (Support for Eastern Time Zone)
Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time
In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive expertise to facilitate meaningful solutions within the healthcare sector. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to improving community health and addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Management: Develop, design, and oversee intricate business processes. Offer insights to enhance and support business functions.
- Financial Coordination: Gather and assess financial data from various sources. Identify and articulate variances to guide informed decision-making.
- Project Management: Spearhead projects of varying complexity with a focus on operational enhancements and contract evaluations.
- Contract Review: Analyze contracts and financial obligations to gain insights into risks, responsibilities, and opportunities for improved impact management.
- Communication & Documentation: Clearly communicate financial and contractual responsibilities. Accurately document business requirements, processes, and data models to convey expectations effectively.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members. Contribute insights on system development to align with business needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings to gather requirements and assess complex solutions.
What We Seek
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of twelve years of experience in financial, business process, and/or business analysis roles is essential.
