About The Role
Hiring a product designer to join our team and focus on design for our core product. You'll have complete ownership of everything from our real-time collaborative editor, owning our brand and design systems, managing the onboarding flow for X0K+ users, and more.
Your responsibilities
- Be one of 2 product designers at Replo
- Lead 0 -> 1 design initiatives for our core products, brand and design systems
- Own research and design on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Own user interviews with designers and marketing teams across hundreds of D2C brands and e-commerce agencies
- Own Replo’s design practices and design voice as we continue to scale
- Hold a strong design perspective and deep care for our product — and use that to speak out when you see something that you don’t agree with
Looking for someone who
- Is very comfortable working on 0 -> 1 products
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally with 2+ years working on web-based products
- Has strong visual taste and style
- Can manage multiple projects at the same time with at least 5-10 engineers
- Can collaborate and communicate effectively with our team and our customers
- Is an expert in using Figma and has a passion for design tools and what they can unlock
- Is a scrappy self-starter, and can own the E2E design process without support
- Is self-motivated and can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently
- Is 100% product and customer-obsessed (and can show it!)
Bonus points if you
- Have started a company before
- Know how to code and have experience working with engineers
- Have a background using great low-code tools like Framer, Retool, etc
- Have a background in marketing automation/AI products
- Have worked at an early-stage (seed/Series A) company before
- Are comfortable (and enjoy) working somewhere where things may change daily
The salary range offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

Compensation Range: $130K - $170K
