Looking for an experienced graphic designer to add to our creative team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced but flexible environment. Must be able to work well with a creative team in coming up with new, creative ideas and execute them in a timely manner with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
• Participate in the creative process for new and existing clients from concept to completion & Assist team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising concepts.
• Collaborate with social media team and account managers to help create cohesive designs and campaigns
• Put thought and intention behind each design and keep in mind where it will be used, what the strategy is, and it's use within each campaign
• Manage daily & weekly projects and adhere to deadlines using our project management software.
• Keep all design files for each client organized & easily workable for other designers on the team
• Capable of working on multiple brands while ensuring each one stays fresh and on-brand
• Translate each client's business, goals & strategy through creative and carefully considered design
• A strong understand of saving files or digital and print use, including small and large format print design (layout, formatting, file setup, etc.)
• Strong Communication skills / the ability to speak with clients if needed
Skills and Experience
• 1+ years of design experience is required (experience in an agency setting preferred)
• Degree in Graphic Design is preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Ai, Id, Ps, Ae, Pr)
• Web Design, Video editing, and other digital design software is a plus
• Understanding of use of email systems preferred
