Founded in 2017, they shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.
They're not your average Gen AI startup, gradually layering LLMs on. They’re all in. They have over 15 unique LLM use cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. They have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences, including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. The Role:
- Serve clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during the onboarding process, and as an advisor to finance transformation efforts utilizing the platform
- Gather client requirements and use cases and translate them into product solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of client's businesses and collaborate cross-functionally to create solutions within the product to address customer needs around ASC 606, order-to-cash (OTC) / quote-to-cash (QTC), procure to pay (P2P), and other finance transformation efforts
- Create high-quality project artifacts, including business requirement documents, process flows, technical architecture, and end-to-end design documentation
- Advise C-level members on adoption of the platform, and help accounting leaders understand how to use the solution best
- Present compelling demonstrations to clients
- Facilitate customer feedback between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on features updates and product enhancements for the suite of products
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to design and guide the development of solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Big 4 or top-tier management consulting firms (i.e. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) consulting experience preferred
- Worked with Enterprise customers on finance and accounting systems projects as a key project stakeholder
- Experience architecting solutions for Enterprise finance systems or other similarly complex enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intaact, Oracle, Salesforce, Coupa or equivalent systems. Must be able to speak the client's language.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and working with leaders at Enterprise ($500m ARR+) companies
- Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating high-quality project artifacts, including proposals/SoWs, business requirement documents, process flows, data flow diagrams, and technical documents like high-level system architecture
- Successfully worked with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups preferred
- Ability to flourish in high growth and fast-paced tech environment
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
