Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shoreside Food & Beverage operations by executing clerical and administrative tasks.
- Conduct data entry and analysis, assess guest feedback, compile data, and support the creation of presentations.
- Ensure effective two-way communication between shipboard and shoreside teams.
- Work alongside various departments to contribute positively to enhancing guest experiences.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams.
- Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit self-management.
- Specific technical skills may be necessary for particular projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year undergraduate program (rising juniors and above) or a graduate/Ph.D. program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Not eligible if graduating in the summer of 2025.
