Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the booking of reservations, ancillary services, and tailored packages for an array of luxury accommodations.
- Employ effective sales techniques to enhance revenue while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Provide support to our loyalty program members, managing escalated issues and account requests with professionalism.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of loyalty benefits, case management, and company protocols.
