Popchew is a food company. We believe that food is about so much more than what we eat, but about the experience we have. Popchew is building an entirely new way to interact with the food, content, and creators we love, reimagining how we eat.

What you’ll do
- Shoot, edit, and post content
- Create a social media/content strategy and build our presence across key channels like TikTok and Instagram
- This is NOT your typical big company social media role
- We’re looking for something like this not this
- We’re looking to establish and tell a brand story and create engaging content. We believe this will happen through creative storytelling not clickbaity or generic content pieces
- You will lead the charge when it comes to social and content → we want you to come up with ideas, quickly execute on them, and iterate based on learnings
- Come up with campaigns, shows, etc. and test them
- Work with an incredible group of creatives like Garrett Bruce and Rus Yusupov to help ideate on social strategy as well as the founding team
Requirements
Knowledge, skills, & abilities
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to advocate/convey your strategy
- Collaborative approach – if you need something, or want help, ask!
- Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn’t
- A love for food
- A love for social media, tiktok, and trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally you have just graduated and are looking for your first social/marketing role at a growing startup
- You have your own social presence and / or interest in growing a social presence
