JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on both paid and organic efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Search & Display Advertising:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and shopping ads.
- Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor ad budgets, adjust bids, and track performance metrics to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and achieving goals.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
SEO Management:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Content Strategy:
- Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic.
- Assist in the creation and promotion of blog posts, articles, and other digital content to enhance visibility and engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of paid and organic campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure alignment on digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid search advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz
- Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and WordPress CMS is a plus.
