Key responsibilities:
- Define, develop and continuously evolve our positioning and messaging strategy to resonate and compel our prospects, customers and our employees to choose us
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital go to market strategy leveraging email marketing, relevant social media channels, paid digital, web content and SEO to drive engagement with our brand for customers as well as employees.
- Review content and assets developed by agency partners, marketing contributors and other sources to ensure quality and consistency with our brand and positioning
- Help build a library of thought leadership assets, including blogs, white papers, case studies, executive reports, byline articles, not to mention various pieces of brilliance you may author yourself
- Monitor analytics, report on outcomes to leadership, apply the data to continuously improve efforts and concentrate resources where we have the best ROI
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and outcomes
- Work with senior leadership to ensure alignment and awareness of marketing initiatives and achievements
- Key liaison between ad agency and company, ensuring relevant and thought provoking positioning in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated talent in Communications, Marketing, Writing, Political Science, or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) or adjacent industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Healthy sense of humor and humility is mandatory
