Position Summary
Human Capital Consultants Consortium (H3C), a project-based HR firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to be the supportive force that empowers our C-suite level, executive management team and assist with the consulting team as needed. The EA will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Co-CEO and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a virtual, busy and dynamic office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. They will have previous experience working in a remote office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to C-suite management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our EA for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidence related to high-level systems and operations.
Executive Management Team Support
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a small, agile entrepreneurial environment.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience independently managing strategic initiatives in support of an organization’s management team.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint). Grasp of project management and time tracking platforms such as MS Teams and project management applications. Strong proficiency working with virtual meeting platforms: Zoom, Adobe Connect, and similar software tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Extensive experience in meeting planning and calendar management.
- Team player with the ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Self- starter and ability to take initiative.
- Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
- Ability to work in a high stress, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong written communication skills, including word usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
