JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are on the hunt for an exceptional CX/UX Strategist to join our client’s digital team. The ideal candidate will carry strong project management skills, flexible communication capabilities, and the ability to lead and guide a team in delivering superior User Experience design for their websites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the design and development process of multiple new sites slated to launch over the next 12-18 months.
- Work diligently towards providing optimal User Experience to customers on all platforms.
- Use Figma, our newly adopted design tool, amongst other office tools effectively.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana or Monday to ensure smooth running of tasks and processes.
- Oversee the work of a visual designer, ensuring efficient delivery of design tasks.
- Work with our content management system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Communicate efficiently with the leadership team, CEO, IT team, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach to deliver effective solutions that promote product sales conversions.
- Develop and maintain a strategic vision and roadmap to ensure the attainment of team objectives.
- Exercise thoughtful leadership within the digital team as they grow and evolve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar role with solid project management, UX design, and team leadership skills.
- Proficient in Figma, Asana or similar tools, and good understanding of content management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and CPG operations with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
