Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IVR systems.
- Design and optimize IVR workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on IVR.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IVR technologies and call center operations is a plus.
