Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Lead to join our client in Fremont. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment disbursement and reconciliation.
- Ensure smooth vendor management by promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to comply with company policies and regulations.
- Provide valuable insights to management through detailed AP reports and analysis.
- Maintain the AP system's functionality and up-to-date status.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
