Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will be a critical bridge between our customers' business objectives and our technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and maximum value realization. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Success team to understand customer needs, translate business goals into technical architectures, and partner with customers throughout the implementation process. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison with our Product and Engineering teams, providing valuable customer feedback and obtaining support for complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Productiv's products, services, and use cases, and demonstrate a command of the product and how feature sets translate to prospect's requirements.
- Support the Customer Success team in the post-sales process, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic resource to customers with technical expertise, value-based use cases, and customer stories.
- Define project scope and objectives alongside stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. Set clear timelines and deliverable schedules, manage technical risks, and ensure projects align with business goals. Regularly monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders.
- Develop customized solutions tailored to unique client requirements and translate complex business problems into understandable technical designs. Guide customers through the architectural design and planning phases, ensuring their technical solutions are in sync with both business and IT strategies.
- Offer expert technical guidance and support to address customer inquiries and challenges while actively gathering feedback to inform product development. Advocate for customer needs across the organization, ensuring their perspectives are recognized and integrated into our strategies.
Requirements And Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
- Experience leading customer-facing discovery sessions, technical presentations, proof of concepts, and solution demos to stakeholders across different departments
- Customer empathy and navigation, ability to recognize and extract customer goals while steering the path towards the fastest time to value
- You are agile, with a love of thinking on your feet and a knack of steering conversations involving a variety of different stakeholders, from end-users to the C-Suite.
- Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working across diverse teams
- Compelling and engaging presentations skills with the ability to adapt and out of box thinking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance complex technical concepts with business values

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
